Thanks for your interest in the role of Regional Director, North London.

This is a pivotal role in our Neighbourhoods directorate, taking control of a large portfolio of homes and properties across the North of the capital. With housing in such short supply across London, landlords such as Clarion are obliged to ensure we are making the best use of our homes and delivering services to our customers that meet their needs and expectations.

The changing environment we are working in means we need to be able to adjust services around customer needs, and so I’m looking for a Regional Director who can join my team to assess the level of service we are offering customers and identify improvements and changes we can make that will directly improve outcomes for our customers and their homes. You’ll be able to continue the great work we’re already doing across our service areas whilst striving to make us better.

Working across 19 London boroughs north of the river Thames, you will be a skilled stakeholder manager with experience working with local authorities and political appointments to find local authority support for initiatives we complete in boroughs and providing transparent reporting of progress against plans.

On a technical level you will have overseen frontline housing services previously, with experience in driving improvements in estate inspection and management, anti-social behaviour management and tenancy management and be able to keep up to date with the latest sector developments across these areas. You’ll be accountable for ensuring customers are kept updated on the progress of queries and be committed to driving innovation in your business area.

You’ll have the support of the wider Neighbourhood Leadership team including 4 other Regional Directors nationally (South London, South, East and North Central & West), our Head of Home Moves, Head of Regeneration and Heads of Case Management all reporting into the Director of Neighbourhoods.
